Manufacturers Agents National Association. MANA is composed of some 6,000 rep firm
members that cut across all industries. It is an excellent source for locating reps, regardless of their
respective industry, and for keeping abreast of rep industry trends. MANA also publishes the leading
publication, Agency Sales.

Manufacturers Research and Educational Foundation. MRERF is composed of 39 vertical
industry associations. It is an excellent source for learning about manufacturer reps through white
papers and research materials, educational opportunities for reps and manufacturers, as well as
locating CPMR's and finding reps through one of the industry specific associations.

The Industrial Supply Association (ISA), formerly the American Supply &
Machinery Manufacturers Association, is the only manufacturer trade organization in North America
dedicated to helping its members sell through industrial distributors a complete range of Maintenance,
Repair, Operating, and Production supplies consumed by industry.

Canadian Professional Sales Association. CPSA offers one of the finest sales training
programs available. The Certified Professional Sales Associate training will be available through
MRERF beginning in 2002. CPSA offers a variety of benefits, in addition to training, for its 30,000+
