Standard Class ZZ Pin Gages
These economical gages give you added wear life, unlike closer tolerance gages. These replacement pins are perfect for updating your old sets and bringing them back into compliance. Each pin is marked with its size and direction of tolerance, individually packaged with a rust preventative and sealed in a "VCI" bag. Each pin is NIST traceable and includes a certificate of accuracy printed on the back of the package.
ZZ Pin Gages are offered with Black Gaurd, a very thin black coating that acts as a wear indicator and with it white on black laser marking makes gages easier to read.

Check Go and No-Go Tolerance Simultaneously Stepped plug gages have two gaging diameters to allow checking of Go and No-Go tolerances simultaneously or for checking stepped ID's. Pin diameter is standard in any size .0610" to 1.0005" in .0005 increments (1.54mm to 25.49mm in .01mm increments). Stepped diameter is quickly ground to order in any .0001" increments (.0025mm increments).

Vermont Gage's thread gages inspect the pitch diameter & the functional thread for both internal & external threaded products. All stocked thread gages are made to class X tolerances per ANSI B1.2 (Unified inch screw threads) and ANSI B1.16M (Metric M series screw threads). All thread gages are supplied with a Certificate of Accuracy. Work plugs are stocked in 2B & 3B (inch) or 6H (metric) classes of fit. Rings and setting plugs are stocked in 2A & 3A (inch) or 6H (metric) classes of fit. Stocked work plugs are chrome plated. All thread gages are marked with nominal size, threads per inch (inch) or pitch (metric), class of fit and pitch diameters.
